Holzhafen Hamburg is the area surrounding the city’s oldest preserved harbour basin, and is one of the most exciting places to visit in Hamburg. Situated right by the legendary Fischmarkt (fish market), the gate of the world, as Hamburg is called, is open to you at the Clipper Elb Lodge: from Germany’s longest gourmet mile right outside the door, to the highlights of Hamburg’s cultural and club scene around the Reeperbahn, to strolls along the Elbe river the next day – you can’t get more Hamburg than that.
